Matt Litton: President

Matt Litton founded GoBoss, LLC in 2013. Matt has 15+ years of field experience, working with Sub-Contractors, General Contractors. Matt is responsible for all project management operations, scheduling, and quality control and supervises all projects; general contractor/subcontractor communications and coordination.

Brian Dolence: BIM Detailer Coordinator

Brian joined GoBoss, LLC in 2017. As BIM Detailer/Coordinator, Brian is responsible for Building Information Modeling (BIM) project coordination and clash detection; shop and as-built drawings. Brian has thorough knowledge of Autodesk Design Suite software: AutoCAD, Revit & Navisworks.

Kevin Dolence: Detailer

Kevin joined GoBoss, LLC in 2023. As Detailer, Kevin is responsible for drafting and finalizing shop and as-built drawings.

Ashley Litton: Office Manager

Ashley joined GoBoss, LLC in 2020. As Office Manager, Ashley is responsible for day to day office operations including payroll, accounts payables and receivables and other administrative activities.
