GoBoss, LLC provided BIM services for a mechanical contractor on an existing University Classroom Building. With a very small mechanical room, we designed/coordinated the mechanical HVAC and piping scopes of the project. With a very good coordination team and a lot of team work, the coordination process took only 6 weeks beating the required 10 weeks given. With a total of 19 HVAC and 10 piping clashes found and coordinated. Construction went without a hitch, with no RFIs or delays.
GoBoss, LLC provided BIM services for a mechanical and plumbing contractor on a University Dining Hall. With tight above ceiling areas throughout the entire existing building, we designed/coordinated both plumbing and mechanical scopes of the project. The coordination process took the required 14 weeks with a total of 100 mechanical and 102 plumbing clashes found and coordinated. Construction went without a hitch, with no RFIs or delays.
